Walking into my home office chaos, I thought, "I need help!" I asked around and Martha Blumenthal, of The Organized Sort, was recommended to me by another professional organizer. That's right, recommended by her peer.
Martha is calm (didn't bat an eye when she first saw the chaos), systematic, and creative. Really enjoyed working with her and appreciate being able to tap into her years of experience and organizational expertise.
After several years of contemplating a re-do for my basement, I made the leap, found Martha to organize the project. Without Martha’s help, I don’t know how it could have happened. We, well, mostly Martha, because I have some physical limitations, boxed up, discarded, boxed up, discarded – and eventually it was ready for construction to begin. She even hauled some things away for me, e.g., books to her public library, trash that had to have special disposal treatment. She also advised on paint colors and other decorating aspects – she has a special interest and talent in design, and has studied it. She loves to hang pictures and has done a professional job with my wall decorations. She LOVES doing these things – “messy” doesn’t hold her back! I’ve recommended her services to a friend who was very appreciative and complimentary. In addition to all that, she has a sunny personality and is always fun and friendly, no matter what the task or weather!
Martha is my go-to organizer. I am by nature, a pretty organized and neat person. But Martha has turned it into an art form! Whether I'm trying to figure out how to organize a closet or drawer in a more efficient and aesthetically pleasing way, or come up with the best way to display my art work for sales, hands down, Martha is the best! She is easy to work with, accommodating to any of my funny quirks, and brilliant to watch in action. I highly recommend her for any organizing project big or small. She never disappoints!
Thank you for all your help in organizing my kitchen pantry. It's better than I envisioned.
When my mother closed our family home, I inherited boxes full of mementos that I needed to incorporate into an already small living space. Not only did Martha find clever ways to display my heirlooms, she also patiently worked with me to sort through an enormous backlog of stuff I had accumulated over the years.
Now, thanks to Martha, my living space is uncluttered - a huge stress reliever - and I get to enjoy my favorite acquisitions out in the open.
Martha has a positive attitude and she is an absolute delight to work with.
